DEOMALI, AUG 19: The Minister of PHED & DoTCL, Wangki Lowang, and local MLA, inaugurated the extended Public Health Centre (PHC) building in Deomali amidst an important function.
Minister Lowang informed that the extended CHC building was constructed at an estimated cost of 30 Lakhs, funded under SIDF-2022-23. The construction was carried out by the WRD department.
Addressing the function, Minister PHED stated that the building would fulfill the immediate requirement of the CHC and contribute to the health infrastructure in the area. He appealed to the medical officers, CHC staff, and local residents to maintain the hospital and keep it up to date, ensuring an intact health delivery system for the local community.
The occasion saw the presence of Deomali ADC Vishaka Yadav, HoDs, PRI leaders, local leaders, and the general public, among others.
