AAPSU discusses APPSC paper leak issue with leaders of CBOs, CBSU, DSUs

ITANAGAR, Jan 07: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) organised a day-long meeting to discuss the APPSC paper leak case issue with the leaders of many community-based organisations (CBOs), community-based students’ unions (CBSUs) and district students’ unions (DSUs) at the DK Convention Centre here today.

Speaking to reporters, AAPSU president Dozi Tana Tara said, “It was necessary to take the opinions, advice, and suggestions of all the leaders of various CBOs, CBSUs, and DSUs of the State on the burning issue of APPSC paper leakage issue.”

“The fiasco is a major block and it has affected everyone and every family member of the State in one or another way. The AAPSU will see that the investigation process takes place in a most effective way and no one is spared and at the same time, no innocent people are affected,” he said.

He informed, “The advice, suggestions, and views of everyone on APPSC fiasco and reformation was heard and the drafting committee will prepare the minutes which would be taken up in the central executive meeting, and accordingly, the media and the public will be informed.”

While speaking about the actions taken by the union since the fiasco came up, he said, “The AAPSU, being the apex students’ organisation in the State, will always work for equal justice for all.”AAPSU general secretary Ritum Tali, former AAPSU leader Hawa Bagang, Tobom Dai, Biru Nasi, leaders from ASU, GSU, AMSU, AASU, members of several CBOs, CBSUs, and DSUs also shared their views, and gave suggestions and advice and endorsed the AAPSU to work for a robust and reformed APPSC and to ensure that such scam does not surface again.
