ITANAGAR SEPT 17 : The Arunachal Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party Spokesperson Techi Necha and Nani Lajie Vice-President cum State Convener Seva Pakhwada inform that the party will celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 72nd birth anniversary on September 17 for a period of 16 days as Seva Pakhwara (service fortnight) till the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation, on October 2.
Briefing the media here at BHP headquarter, the Neecha said that State BJP Arunachal Pradesh will launch an extensive programme on the occasion and the party has convey to all the District Presidents, Mandal Presidents and programme incharge to celebrate it as “Seva Pakhwara” as under ;- 1. Household approached for water conservation through door-to-door campaign in all districts and all Mandals, 2. Free health check up camp in all districts, 3. Amrit sarovers cleanliness campaign at all district and all Mandals, 4. Blood donation camp at seven location in the state, 5. Sewa activities at vaccination centers at all districts and all Mandals, 6. Celebration of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhya Jyanti followed by tree plantation at all district and Mandals, 7. Buying products for “Vocal for Local” in all districts and all mandals, 8. Programme on unity in diversity, organize intellectual meets and seminars, organize Swatch Bharat at all district and all Mandals. The State BJP is also making a strategy for the promotion of the book on “Modi@20 Dreams Meet Delivery and organized exhibitions at all District on the life and mission of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Vice President Nani Lajie inform that every party ckaryakartas has been given responsibility to actively participate in the program which began form September 17th to October 2nd. Various exhibition are being organized across the state which will highlight the welfare policies, landmark decisions and the life journey of the Prime Minister would be showcased. Aim is to create awareness among people about the work done under various spheres and motivate them to follow in the footsteps of the Prime Minister. He said.
The State BJP will also run a year-long programme to make the country Tuberculosis (TB) free, under which party leaders will adopt a TB patient and will take care of him for one year. As part of “Seva Pakwara”, BJP will also run a campaign for the promotion of COVID-19 booster dose in the state. The party has convey to all the leaders and workers to promote programmes related to ‘Unity in Diversity and ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’ as part of the celebration. State BJP has constituted state level committee for the smooth conduct of “Seva Pakhwara” in the entire state with State Vice President Shri Nani Lajie as State Convener, State Secretaries Ashok Sangchoju, Taring Tiri, Party Spokesperson Nabam Vivek, Co-Convener Media Department Nima Sange as members will visit several places and oversee the activities across the state as per requirement. Said Lajie.
He inform that the firt day of the programme which will held at state BJP headquarter wherein the chief minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein will also take part.
