ITANAGAR, JUNE 9 : Prominent youth leader and a social activist Nabam Tagar passed away due to ill health and prolong illness at Naharlagun. He was 39 years.
Nabam Welfare society (NWS) has condole the untimely demise of youth leader and social activist Nabam Tagar, in a condolence message the ‘NWS has deeply shocked and saddened at the sudden demise of Late Nabam Tagar of Tabio village under Leporiang circle of Sagalee administrative division of Papum Pare district. He passed away at Tomo Riba Institute of health & Medical science (TRIHMS), Naharlagun in late evening at around 7.30 PM on Thursday’. Said NWS.
Late Tagar was son of Nabam Lali, GB and Techi Yaniam and was a popular youth leader. He was associated with several social welfare activities and was a active social activist of state. NWS said.
He was very sincere, straight forward and hardworking person and has lived throughout his live as a religious leader and a prominent leader with full dignity and honour.
He served as seva dal president of Leporiang unit from 1994-98. As a pastor of NBCC and a prominent member of several social welfare movement. He was survived with two wife, here daughter and a son. The NWS said.
His guidance and discipline in life has benefited many in their live. His contribution and selfless services rendered toward society is acknowledge by the society The society has lost a precious jewel. His death has caused a huge vacuum and is hard to fill up. Said NWS.
The NWS has prayed almighty to give enough strength to the bereaved family members to bear with the irreparable loss with courage and fortitude.
In a condolence message the NWS IPR Secretary Nabam Tatum HIna has send the message to Techi Zeri Nabam (wife) with a prayer for eternal peace of departed soil in heavenly abode.
